After this collaborative session, we'll hand-draw the initial plans for your home. Following pre-approval from a preferred lender and signing the Design-Build Agreement, we move on to the second design meeting where we finalize your home's design and create digital plans, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

Pricing

At NR Properties, we streamline the process for pricing and agreements. Before our Pricing Proposal Meeting, we encourage you to review the proposal. Any updates to the pricing proposal will be communicated to you via email or phone for your convenience. For the Purchase Agreement, you'll have the opportunity to preview and sign it electronically, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.

At NR Properties, we begin with a Plan Review Meeting to discuss our design and build plans, ensuring everything aligns with your preferences. Following this, we'll have a Low Voltage and Electrical Meeting to plan the wiring and outlet locations meticulously. During the Design Center Selection Meeting, we'll go over all the details and finishing touches to personalize your home. The process culminates with the closing on your construction loan, at which time the remainder of the down payment is due.

We start by breaking ground on your dig date, followed by a comprehensive electrical walk-through with our job supervisor to ensure all systems are optimally planned. Once these preliminary steps are in place, the building process begins in earnest. Before you know it, you’ll be ready to move into your new home!

The selection and pricing process at NR Properties is typically completed within 30 days. It begins with a Lot Reservation, where you select the ideal location for your new home. Following this, we recommend obtaining pre-approval from a preferred lender to ensure a smooth transition to the next steps. Before the Pricing Proposal Meeting, we encourage you to review the proposal. Any updates will be communicated via email or phone. Finally, the Purchase Agreement process is streamlined through electronic previews and signatures, making it convenient and efficient.
